To better serve our members with rental packages, we now offer the updated piano room online booking service.

 

 

使用示範 Demonstration

1. Click on Rental–> Piano Room Online Reservation
   將鼠標指向樂室租用，按”鋼琴房網上預約”
   
2. Choose your preferred duration of use.
   按”Book”選擇租用時數
   
3. Select date with the calendar located at left of the page, and select available time at the center of the page.
   於左手邊的月曆選擇使用日期後，頁面中央會出現可選擇之時間。
   
4. Choose the appropriate options.
   – deduct from package
   – usage: for practice or for teaching
   – number of extra person
   選擇合適選項
   – 從預付中扣除
   – 用途: 練習/教學
   – 額外使用人數
5. Check if the time chosen is correct. Click “Change” to go back or “Remove” to cancel the booking.
   Press “Add another booking” to make another one or press “Confirm booking” if the information is correct.
   檢查預約時間是否正確。按”Change”更改，按”Remove”取消。
   按”Add another booking”繼續預結其他時間，按”確定預約”確定本次預約。
   
6. Fill in your contact information. If you have been registered with the new system before, sign in or sign in with Facebook. If not, choose a password to facilitate future bookings.
   填上閣下之聯絡資料。 如閣下曾經於本系統登記，按”Sign in”或”Sign in with Facebook”登入。如是新使用者，請輸入密碼以方便再預約。
   
7. Check if the booking information is correct. If you agree to our Terms and Conditions, check “I agree” and press “Confirm booking!”
   檢查預約資料是否正確。如同意本中心之條款，選擇”I agree”並按”Confirm booking!”完成預約。
   
8. Booking complete! Please pay the amount due before usage. For non-members please pay in advance.
   預約完成! 請於使用練習室前繳付費用。非會員請先付按金。
